"The lobby looked clean and had Valentine’s Day decorations up. However the room was another story. The rooms are outdated and not cleaned. I couldn’t believe they would reserve a room for someone with a shower that looks like this. I was completely disgusted checked in and right back out. This was my first and last time booking with La Quinta."

"Susan, the lady at the front desk, is the nicest lady. She went over and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She took me to the airport in a snow storm, and when I returned, she helped me dig my car out from snow and ice. This location is so lucky she works there. When she spoke of her employer, she was excited and raved about how good he is to her and to work for. It was wonderful to listen to her say she loves her job and she is excited to come to work. It shows in her customer service. Susan is a kind and gracious lady. A real asset to this location. Definitely, going back!"

"Well place looks very nice outside and in lobby and first glance at room but. AC is very load with Vibration Noises, Bed is Very Dingy & Wrinkled & Multiple Stains, Beds are way past needing replacement (broken down but very soft) towels where Very Dingy & Stained. I was very disappointed and have a lot less costing motels that surpass this place. P.S. spend some $$ and buy new linens and it be okay"

"I didn’t even get a chance to stay here!! BUT I can say that the “manager” is VERY RUDE! He accused me of yelling at him when trying to ask a question (I was charged for my stay 2 weeks prior to my check in date and called to ask about it), he called me rude for asking these questions, constantly interrupted me, told me to cancel because he needed my room. Because of his attitude I did call back to cancel and was told I’d also have to cancel through Priceline because they would charge my card. Say what?! When I tried asking why they would charge me if the hotel already charged me he wouldn’t even let me talk or finish my question. I told him I’m just trying to get clarification about this and kept asking him to stop interrupting me, once again told me I was rude and told me to do whatever I wanted and hung up on me. I have NEVER been treated by any hotel staff, especially a manager, that way."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! NO INTEGRITY!! The desk manager called me after staying here and LIED about our hotel room having cats & cat pee all over the room. I was traveling, so I didn't get the message until late. COMPLETE FABRICATION about the state of the room. It was just a way to charge an outrageous cleaning fee for 1 house broken dog who slept on his own blanket. I have lodged a complaint with the corporate office, I'm so upset. La Quinta should really review having any association with this place. Other staff & room were nice; but the "gentleman" behind the desk was a lying thief. BTW, asked around & this is a known & common practice I guess. Should have known this place would be a problem since an airport hotel shouldn't have had such an empty parking lot. Just go somewhere else, period."
