"I was here for two months. When I first got here I was out in a room on the 2nd floor where something was biting us everyday until we were moved. There were also bed bugs in that room. The next room didn't have a bug problem, but it had other problems that I repeatedly asked them to fix and they would lie to my face and say we're on it, or you're top priority, and nothing would get done. It wasn't until the last couple of weeks we started noticing someone been in the room repairing. They final fixed the security latch. They attempted the curtain rod, but didn't do a good job. They never repaired the shower handle while I was there. The toilet kit needed replaced, never got done, and the kitchen sink leaked on occasion. Overall, that whole hotel needs sprayed and updated, and someone seriously needs to clean them dirty walls or repaint. Also, get that tv fixed in the gym."

"Bugs bugs bugs. Not bugs bunny but nasty bugs including front desk female worker who's just plane rude. I've complained about the bugs and showed her photos of bugs but she didn't want to do anything about it. Didn't want to offer different room or to send housekeeping to try to clean or spray. Stay away."

"We stayed for three nights on a game weekend. We walked to the game. Surrounding hotels were charging $700 a night or more because of the game. We paid a fraction of that. After taxes we saved about $1700. Given the same price discrepancy, we would stay again in a heartbeat. The room was clean! The vinyl floors helped a lot. The climate control was good. It was quiet at night. Our room did not smell like smoke. The front desk staff were very easy to work with. Outside of our room, the hotel felt a little rundown. The stairwell smelled of smoke. At times the hallways and smelled of smoke. There was no breakfast or fancy lobby, but considering the price savings, we had no complaints. I gave it 4 stars mainly for the value on a game weekend and the clean room. It is not a 4 star hotel though."

"Don’t book here!!! Robyn at the front desk is extremely rude. Called at 8am bc the previous night was told they were booked out despite having rooms posted on Expedia/Booking/etc. Tried to call early the following day and was screamed at by Robyn that the front desk doesn’t open until 9am which is weird because any other hotel is willing to answer questions and from desk staff literally does nothing but sit around that early anyways because it’s well before people start checking out. I then called back later according to her bogus instructions. In which I was told by some dude to call back 10 minutes later she’s busy dealing with “an emergency.” Wait and call back told to call back AGAIN after another 10 minutes however I waited significantly longer than that. Only to be told “they are booked” yet they have postings on all of the third party sites for rooms available. Trust the Expedia reviews that state the place will over book by taking money on third party sites then be “full” when you show up or call to double check availability. Lady needs to get a new career fr because its ridiculously unprofessional to play games about the front desk “only being available at certain times” and then push off potential customers by having them waste time calling to check during the alleged hours hoping to get an employee that’s not as rude and then you still cannot book. Lady definitely never left high school and I’ve never seen a business so unwilling to help answer questions or resolve getting a potential booking. Never stayed here prior to attempting to book today however I will tell everyone to avoid this place not worth it to deal with potentially wasting money on a third party so they can scam you out of non refundable fees and then deal with weirdo unprofessional rude staff. They clearly only keep rooms for open for a certain type of crowd if you read the other reviews."

"I've been here since January with two kids I will say this place has came along way since then ... I don't see how people keep downing the manager thought T is amazing hearted lady she's doing her best and staying on toes and has came a long way since January with this place !!! It's much cleaner and more laid back from the beginning I've NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH ANY BUGS ... What do you expect if someone comes in with them that's not their fault but I can say if someone does the minute they know they get it taken care of ... The employees here are amazing they have my kids happy every morning they can't wait to say good morning to everyone from a hi smile to hand shake knuckles they definitely make it home away from home.. Shout out to suburban staff !!! Keep the hard work up from front desk to maintenance to house keeping Porter's and GM ... Y'all definitely have done a change don't let any of theses bad reviews stop you from coming here ... Give this place a chance if you have any problems go down to front desk or call and they will always be happy to help you and get you more comfortable here ... The GM is very understanding and will take care of any needs !!. DONT LET ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS STOP YOU from being in a place that's home away from home ... Yes there's no pool right now but I will say they have been remodeling and such since I've been here and maybe that is something coming in the future not sure but doesn't mean give them a negative review over the pool always call and ask first ... Again thank you staff for making it home away from home and all your hard work that's been coming along ..."
