"First experience was tough I've been there for close to five months now and things are shaping up. Location not bad matter a fact good providing you have wheels. Dollar general across the street, speedway few doors down for family fun. 1 mile from anything you need towards town."

"It's my favorite place to go in South Bend! The staff is friendly and helpful. It's affordable w no deposit. If ur planning on staying more than a night grab some supplies n it'll keep the uninvited guests at away! I stayed there last year for 9 months. I never had an issue w anybody harassing me or any of my guests. They stay out ur business as long as u keep ur rent paid n don't cause a ruckus. Best place to lay low n stay out the way by far! Leave the kiddies at home, please!"
