"I still live here so I won’t say too much….. all I will say is I wish I read the reviews before considering this place. There is no room that I can comfortably sleep in because who knows what will be crawling all over me… infested is an understatement. Vikki tries to make things right but this place is too far gone. I would love to take a shower that had some cold water mixed in it but I can’t because the cold water knob still doesn’t work. (Yes still) So I am forced to take scalding hot showers. I just wish I would’ve read the reviews!!!!!!"
"Lived here for two years with my girlfriend and this was our experience and what you can look forward to if you live here (picture is the condition of bathtub and what was in the carpet after vacuuming first night here). Roaches in kitchen and mold in bathroom first day we move in. Water shut off on us completely 2 times WITH NO notice from MTH management or the property manager for multiple days. Hot water in shower being shut off by the neighbors below us 4 times for multiple days. We’ve been scooping water out of our tub with a bucket to shower for the past couple months because the drain is slow and clogs , made first maintenance request for that 6 months ago. Shootings in the area often, twice right outside my window. Car broken in to almost weekly at some points in the summer. Amenities are non existent even tho they advertise them. Never used the pool because it has never been open. There is no reserved parking for our building. No playground for kids. If you try to call the number to this place listed on Google the number does not work. There’s never anyone in the office any time I’ve tried to talk to some one so you’re pretty much on your own if you have a real issue. No emergency maintenance we found out one of the nights we were with out water As the “help line” was asking me to find the water valves to turn my own water back on at 8:30 at night. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else."
"current resident getting ready to move out at the end of my current lease. Currently sitting in my room with 2 fans directed to my hallway to try and combat the leak from lack of AC line maintenance (we had this happen our first year here and now we're here again). My hallway is soaked. I have a light plugged into the outlet in my bathroom which is scary with the horrible electric but it's lower voltage and the switch causes the lights to either not come on or flicker. The grounded panel in the bathroom hasn't had the lights work for years now. Our hot water faucet in the tub has broke to the point of needing pliers to turn it on and off. We recently got a survey for the light switch and the ticket was closed- they never even came in the apartment. I can prove it as I am here every day aside from going to doctors appointments and to avoid habit formed turning on the light I put tape over the switch and a note in case they came in while I was out. I am hoping to be able to remain the few months left of our lease but at this point also finding alternate housing until my planned home is available. Oh extra fun aside from email we have no numbers to contact management or maintenance and the office is never open. My roommate is an incredibly laid back person and they are fed up as well."
"I recently moved out of here after living there for a year. The apartments themselves are not bad. It is very spacious and not a bad price for the room you get. However that's about all of the good parts. The laundry is expensive and can only fit the tiniest loads. They really don't have any amenities. They say they have a pool but I think its open for a total of one week in the summer. They did have a playground but its been destroyed and they said they were putting in a dog park but it has been quite awhile since I heard that rumor and it is still a pile of rubble. The hallways and buildings are always littered with trash. I understand that they are not responsible for tenants littering but also, it is your job to make the apartment complex/building look nice. I would say, if you cant find anything else in your price range, go for it, but I don't think it is somewhere that I could live longer than a year or two."
