"My husband and I signed a year lease about a year ago, and actually ended up resigned for the unit we had originally wanted. The complex is very quiet, and we have some pretty nice and courteous neighbors as well. The place is usually pretty quiet and peaceful, so I think it’s easy for people to get startled when there are kids being kids and having fun or families having a get together or a little party but nothing out of the ordinary. Maintenance is amazing, and even though management is not onsite the communication is pretty good although it could be more prompt, I asked a question about some charges that were added to my account about a week ago and have not heard back yet. We love seeing all of the pets that live here and feel pretty secure all around. The kitchens are comically small and my biggest pain point are those slat blinds but it’s an easy work around. Overall very happy to have found this place especially for Kalamazoo!"

"My husband and I had tour set up to view the property - nobody ever showed up to meet us! We triple checked our confirmation. We called the number listed, couldn’t reach a real person or even leave a message. Still haven’t heard a word from the property about the tour. Honestly, it was probably for the best if this is how management always is. The apartments were so close to the main road and it was loud just sitting in our car, I didn’t feel safe having my dog in the area. We were there when the mailman opened one of the hallway doors and caught such a strong smell of weed that we knew the whole place must smell that way. Still, pretty unprofessional to not even call us. This one is definitely off our list."

"Kinda whack that rents almost $1,200 and there’s no central A/C, thin walls, no onsite management, dogs barking, people not picking up after their dogs, it’s not worth the rent. Also when they renovated they skipped over important things with electrical, like setting up outlets correctly, labeling the breaker."
