"I’ve called the office a few times I bought a leak under my sink and every time they come they claim they can’t see it or find it even though under my sink is completely wet and it leaks out all over my carpet. The other day I came into my kitchen to find my carpet and floor wet and water coming from underneath the sink. When I looked the screw underneath my garbage, disposal, had water leaking from it, so did the pipe connected to going into the dishwasher from my sink. Also, the seal around the metal pipes under my sink are all rusted and I was told that they will be changed out because it seems that there is also a small leak coming from there. So I called the office and they sent the maintenance man over. I was in the bathroom taking a shower, so I didn’t see anything get changed, but the maintenance man announced himself. It sounded like he went underneath the sink and he turned the water on to see if any more water would leak from under it. He was probably there about 10 minutes. I heard the water running then he turned it off. Didn’t say anything and left. I’m not sure if anything was repaired. I guess I’ll just have to wait until my sink leaks again. I have no idea what was done so I can’t say much to that regard."

"Not a child friendly environment. We received a lease violation due to our toddler playing and dancing. The neighbor below us complained about noise and management confirmed the complain and wrote a violation over it. I'm not sure what the expectation is but it's very unrealistic to tell a two year old boy to remain calm and scilent. Definitely don't move here if you have chirldren."

"DO NOT TRUST. I had my rent changed 5 times before ever going to sign lease. The prices listed on the website is never going to happen and it is the most blatant bait and switch scam ever. I am incredibly lucky I did not sign with them because who knows what else would have happened. Would never recommend and please stay away"

"I have lots to say, both pros and cons. The most concerning thing is the crime around here. I’m sure it’s worse in other places but I’m not used to the amount of shootings and fights nearby. I also haven’t gotten my dishwasher fixed still, hoping to get a discounted month of rent for it. It’s been about a month since I’ve placed a maintenance request. Some bugs, not too bad. It’s a cute setup, decent amount of space. Neighbors are friendly and the walls aren’t too thin(it’s an apartment though so… it’s not soundproof). Busy road, so sounds of traffic often. Loud trains as well. Not too bad though."
