"Sadly,I've been living at Emerald Pointe Apartments for 12 years. Every year ren rent is increased, utilities used to be included but now you'll have to pay your own utilities. It's over $1,000 for a two-bedroom apartment, add utilities your paying well over $1,000 a month. Needs apartments are not for low-income tenants. I'd make this place a hard pass."

"They never get their maintenance requests done on time. They are supposed to be for low income but jack up the prices by hundreds of dollars each year. They hired a contractor to rehab all the buildings and the place they hired went through all of our belongings and threw away our brand new couch saying it was trash when it wasn’t and now the apartments will not try to rectify the situation and now have stopped answering my calls Would not recommend because you will just be miserable Most apartments still have mold problems and they do not care about their residents health or wellbeing"

"Didn't know what happened but the toilet in my daughter's bathroom wouldn't flush and overflowed. The maintenance man was pretty prompt and arrived as he said. Very kind and courteous. He fixed the problem in no time at all and everything is working perfectly. Thank you very much."

"Love the apartment! However, as nice as manager is? And she’s cool… she can’t keep office help long, HOWEVER! Current assistant has been there longest of anyone in my 10 months here… too bad communication is not great (or even good) between assistant and general mgr. They are struggling to manage all things appropriately."
