"Hello, Stacey here. Been here for 1 year now and loving it! Moving in was easy and the other tenants are so kind! The management keeps everything very clean and were readily available with any questions I had. The property manager even helped me catch a bird I accidentally let in my window (totally my fault and the bird was released unharmed). Rooftop is lovely and the roses are an added bonus coming home!"

"I absolutely loved living at Loose Leaf Lofts! My loft was very spacious and comfortable. The location was so convenient and within walking distance to downtown. A quick 5 minute walk gives access to endless restaurants and bars. And the lofts themselves must be sound proof - I never heard my neighbors, even with pets in the building. I had very few maintenance issues come up while living at LL, but anytime they did their crew handled it quickly and efficiently. Very friendly, helpful and responsive management. If it weren't for moving out of state, I definitely would have renewed my lease there!"

"Loose leaf lofts is an excellent apartment building in the perfect location, close to the downtown market, running paths, and the downtown area. The management team is friendly and quick to help with anything. I lived there for 4 years and loved it!"

"So far, we have lived at Loose Leaf for about 2 months. Initially, we found this place on a sublease website because we were in desperate need of finding a new place to live, in a very short amount of notice. We did have to clean the apartment ourselves, considering it was a sublease, but that was fine with me because I would have re-cleaned it myself before moving in anyway. Since then, we have decided to sign our own 12 month lease. The management is great. When things need fixing, all you have to do is shoot a text. They are quick to inspect and fix things thoroughly, without need to be re-fixed. We decided to not to rent a parking spot and have not yet had to walk further than a block to park. I notice this building being maintained on a weekly basis. The only inconvenience I have had so far is that rent must be payed by check. I didn't have a checkbook until now, but find it is an easy way to keep receipt of my payments. Overall, we are lucky we found this place."
