"Clean and impersonal. Rooms were cold. First room heater wouldn’t turn on. Second room took two hours to get to 70. Sheets and mattress were still cold. At 10:30 am shower water was below 90 after running for 5 minutes. Room was warm by then. Coffee was great!"

"We stayed one night at this hotel. The room was nice and we had no real problems with our stay. The only complaint I have is that it took a long time for the water to get hot. Not just a few minutes, more like 7 minutes. It was very hot when it did warm up though and water pressure was good. The weather was very snowy so satellite was not working. We did not use pool or workout area but both looked to be in good condition. Others were using pool. Breakfast was good. Had a fine continental selection. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Also, I should add that I did get my $100 deposit back within a day."

"Decent hotel but they charged $100 deposit and do not return it (no damage no issues). Hotel says they will be giving it back but its been a month. Calling weekly since 12/09/23 and they keep telling me the same "wait 5-7 business days". Best Western corporate does nothing just enters a "ticket" which then they just ask the hitel to give the deposit back but cannot do anything besides that. In reality just go to a hitel that may charge you a little more bc for the time spent to get your deposit back its not worth it"
