Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront

"The whole place smells horrible. Of the 11 floors only 3 had working ice machines. The pool was frigid no one was swimming in it. Too cold for real. There are balconies but you can't get to them. The only thing that was good about the place is the location. Otherwise it's basically trash. I will never stay there again."

"I enjoyed the staff, however none of the ice machines worked and it smelled like gas which was concerning. Besides the loud guests the stay was great. Location was decent. I would say just go over your room because my bathroom had hair in it and smelled like the pool."

"good hotel for the price and it's location. Most stuff is just a little outdated. Could use a spruce up. Pool's pretty nice with a nice hot tub. Staff was friendly at check in. Smells like an older hotel. The more i walk around the more damage and dirt i see. Elevators are discusting, halways are all beat up. If You just need a place to stay for a good price. This is it if not, go somewhere else. Oh, and the pool closes at 10pm, not 11pm like there signs say"

"Quite literally the worst hospitality experience I have ever had to deal with. The manager Mike actually hung up on me mid conversation, as well as our room was switched three times due to lack of basic cleanliness. The new “cleaner” room had actual broken glass bottles outside the door, a shower with no warm water, a tub that wouldn’t drain and hot Cheetos all over the floor? Even the front desk guy said it was his last week and that he was not surprised by any of this. Got numbers to supervisors, but of course only voicemail boxes we get."

"Do not recommend. The rooms do not look like what the pictures show, and there were random stains in our bathroom, on our pillows, and in the hot tub. I felt overall icky just sitting in the hotel room and spa area. There was mold on the spa chairs, and the whole hotel had a really gross smell to it. Please spend a little bit more money and stay somewhere else."
