"UPDATE WE HAVE AN INSPECTION TODAY AND IN THE TIME I HAVE BEEN HERE I have NEVER SEEN THE MANAGER PICK UP TRASH not even in the common area we need inspections more often… I'm so disappointed, I was expecting the complex to reflect the great customer service I received from the current property manager. There is definitely a roach problem that was down played and not mentioned until I signed my lease...at the rate I sprayed and it's only day one not even a full 8 hrs and the roaches are out...it could not have been treated..., my walls were painted over they were not cleaned, so the dirt reflects under the paint. This is not okay !!!!!!!!!"

"THE TRASH CAN IN REAR BY PLAYGROUND HAS NOT BEEN EMPTY IN THREE WEEKS. I SPOKE TO MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT AS WELL PRIOR TO THIS TIME. SHE CLAIM PEOPLE COME 3X PEOPLE WEEK. "The place is horrible, no one ever answers the phone , they hired to random man off the street to fix things because they are so cheap , as well had cockroaches and told who they wanted about them instead of spraying the whole building. Not to mention I’ve been waiting on my deposit for almost two months now and Kim won’t tell me where my deposit is . The building is falling apart due to the fact they didn’t put any money into good material. Don’t move here"

"I have been putting up with the inconsiderate people above my apt for over a year... My son and I even bought white noise machines. I can't even take a nap. I have been woken up all hours of the night, with yelling, screaming, fighting, music etc. The police won't do anything. The dispatcher said if I live in a apt complex it's up to the manager. "been there done that"... meh."
