"I have lived at The Hendrik for three years, and it has been a super positive experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and my neighbors are friendly and courteous. My two favorite things about this place are that it is right above the Bridge Street Market, so grocery shopping is a breeze. A beautiful rooftop patio (that you don't have to reserve to use) equipped with a grill, ice maker, mini-fridge, sink, island countertop, fire-pit, and a corn hole set. I love where I live and am in no rush to leave!"

"I love living at the Hendrik! The location is a perfect walking distance to a number of places and a cheap Uber to the other side of downtown. The apartments are cute, the common areas are well maintained, and management is so friendly. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in the downtown GR area."

"Living at the Henrik has been a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and very welcoming. When we had to have maintenance come into our apartment not only were they quick, they also followed up to see if we were satisfied with everything! Did I also mention that there is a market right downstairs? It’s super convenient for a late night snack or if you’re making dinner and forgot an ingredient. Overall, The Hendrik has been an AMAZING place to live. It is truly a wonderful community to be a part of. Go and check it out for yourself!"

"The Hendrik is an amazing place to live. There are so many great amenities that I'm not sure which one my favorite is. Things I really like: 1) The gym is small but gets the job done, it's 24/7 so that makes it great for busy schedules. 2) You can tell they really care about the grounds because they're always planting and maintaining fresh flowers and plants. 3) Hallways and lobby is always clean and smelling fresh because of routine cleanings. 4) The parking garage is super convenient being that a handful of downtown properties only use city parking or street parking. 5) The mailroom is loaded with hand carts and flat beds to help you move. 6) The rooftop patio and community room is beautiful. They really out did themselves with the decor and furniture. The grill and outdoor fire pit make for great evenings watching the sunset while cooking food. 7) Our balcony feels huge for an apartment. 8) The textures and materials used throughout our apartment makes it feel very luxurious. Last but not least, the grocery store on the first floor is a blessing. LOVE being able to run down for a couple things to cook dinner without even going outside, this has to be the best perk ever. Every wednesday Sushi is only $4.99, they also bring in small local vendors that hand out free samples. The market is beautiful. We love living here, it changed our lives."
