"Don’t even think on moving here…Management STAYS with new hires and they don’t care about lease violations because they let any and every person do whatever they desire. They stay with barely ANY maintenance, so your home will have issues for some years until they feel the need to fix it. Crime have been less now since people started moving and children been getting arrested on their behavior. Other than that it was NEVER like this, until they let ANY and EVERYONE live here. They even had a maintenance man that was a sex offender working here for a while before word got around and they fired him. It was on the news!"

"Until Management gets rid of the Rachets, & the Residents learn to keep their areas clean,& keep their kids on a leash and Respect one another as Neighbors its gonna be a mess there. There was never Rodents when I was there. All these NASTY folk moved in, & brought roaches & bedbugs from wherever. It Needs to be gutted & re-done with new Tenants that has morals,& clean hygiene. Not to mention the Crime Daily from teens whose parents don't do nothing with them except condone their behavior. If you are not holding your kids accountable then you're the problem."

"My mom is a resident, very nice place to live. That was then, it's changed a lot since 2019. Seems like management doesn't have things under control, to me it's like they don't care. Shootings going on, they won't put up any camera's, no security on the property. It's like they don't really care about what's going on out here. Just pay us our rent, they have tenants destroying unit's. They know where drama and all the crazy stuff is and who it is but won't do anything. A lot of people are moving because of the shootings. Use to be a nice place, not so much anymore. Looks can be deceiving."

"The lady that does the processing has a very aggressive tone after talking with her I felt like i did something wrong i felt defeated after feeling so happy about getting a meeting to come in. I started to feel like maybe I just should go Maybe this place is not for me and my kids if just talking with staff make me uncomfortable or scared"
