"The office ppl suck never answer the phone and one of the workers is in there from 9-9pm The maintenance guys walk around smoking cigarettes, and looking into people apartments this place is money hungry the summer was the worst with all the violent and police kids with guns im breaking my lease to get away worst moving ever"

"Evicting people for absolutely no reason. My elderly mother who is on oxygen and sickly was told by your property manager that she was going to be evicted and also in quote she would take her section 8 for something that happened unbeknownst to her outside of her apartment. She was told she had 30 days to move. This is not okay and I need to speak with someone. Will need owners number please and thanks."

"Don’t move here if you have never lived in low income projects. I understand why people don’t allow low income people to move in Their properties , I’ve been living here for a year now . The complex is filled with unsupervised kids who throw rocks at your cars , and apt windows. tear up the buildings while their parents watch . Always running in-front of your car while driving through the parking lot. No point in complaining to management, because they’re not going to do anything. If you live here they will let you do whatever you want with no consequences.Your neighbors will sit up all night , with their kids running crazy making your walls and floor shake until 2 am every night . playing loud music and smoking weed all day and night to the point it’s coming in your apt. because they don’t have jobs or anything productive to do. The police are here everyday. One night the police was running through the hallways with their guns out chasing a suspect. There’s been a murder out here , home invasions , fights where 4 different police departments had to responded. There are drug dealers out here where you have to come home to drug addicts in your hallway waiting to get their next fix.They are nice apartments, but not worth the risk of bringing your family in here. And you have a job and responsibilities. But if you like to do whatever you want without management bothering you move here."
