River Oaks Apartments

"I was very happy at River Oaks and recommend living here if you have to rent. Overall, the environment is low-key and respectful. You can hear a pin drop most of the time, and maintenance was prompt and professional each time I needed them. Some reviews complain about this and that, but they whine about small details. There’s no guarantee about your neighbors, but by far the three bedroom townhouse was the quietest. No sound but the birds. The front gate entrance has been left up where you don’t need to wait for it to open and close that would otherwise create a huge line on the busy street, so that’s a good thing. Also, for the quality it’s a reasonable price compared to other major cities, and you’re close to grocery stores, the airport, the highway, etc. Great place!"

"This apartment complex is the best complex to live in. Very safe and always clean the office people along with maintenance people are always so welcoming. They keep the place up very nice and sanitary. Love coming home at night and knowing how safe this complex is. The complex is very well lit as well. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to this complex.I wouldn’t want to live any where but River Oaks apartments. The best family environment. They definitely take care of their residents as well. Thanks to Marshall,Eddie, Kristy, Anthony, Todd and Haley. Can’t wait to renew my lease another year in the best complex ever. One last thing I want to add is how if you call about a maintenance issue or any type of issue at all they are right on top of fixing it within 24 hours turn around. Thank you River Oak staff."

"Me and my roommates have been living here for a couple of weeks now and we absolutely love it! The application and move-in process was made so simple by Abby, she is wonderful! Very quick to respond, and explained everything very well and kindly. The property itself is beautiful, and our apartment is so spacious. Very happy to have found this place!!"

"I waited a few months to review to see if my opinion would change, but I’m very happy to say we made the right choice moving here. It’s clean, we love the area, amenities are all good. I have not had one issue with noise from any neighbors (direct and indirect) and when we needed maintenance help, it was prompt and the maintenance guys we’ve met were friendly and efficient. A shout out to Abby for being so patient and friendly with us when we checked out apartments and anytime we need something from the office!"

They answer maintenance requests QUICKLY and are always respectful. The office/leasing staff has also been great. They are extremely helpful and professional. Honestly, I'm pretty high maintenance, but after 3 years, River Oaks continues to exceed my expectations! Thanks for providing a beautiful and safe place to live!"
