"Eastland Apartments has been my home for 8 months now, I love my apartment! The staff and management here are amazing and so friendly. They are great at informing the community of things, like events, outages etc. Quick to fix any maintenance work orders! I love my community and home, so happy I chose this place!"

"I have only lived here for two months, and I already know I won’t ever live here again. The office can’t be trusted. They don’t open at 8am and maintenance let me know that although they get there at 8am the office lies about it and comes in at 8:30 or later instead. That’s one of the smallest examples. I have proof of much more. Out of fear no one reports. It’s truly sad that it takes a resident to speak out because of how they use peoples backgrounds against them. They are trying to take advantage of the position they are in. I chose here due to what they had to offer. I realized I was very wrong. Character is everything. The office cannot, be trusted. Two months and this plus damage done due to pipe burst. And without heat for a week. And still dealing with two open maintenance request today. They genuinely do not care about you here. I’m very disappointed. As for safety, I don't feel safe here at all. Employees in the office threaten the use of peoples private information against them if you complain about them not doing their part, even though on top of threats much more. Other than them, maintenance has been helpful the whole time and patient with us. It just takes both office and maintenance working together so these things do not occur again."

"I been living here for 5+ years never had any problems. Office people are super nice and help out with any and everything, Andy goes out of his way to make the residents happy and always quick and efficient with getting work orders done, he always communicates when he has to come back if he has to order parts or if the work is incomplete. He always announces hisself before entering your apartment. I loved living here it’s in a good location everything is nearby . Never had any complaints until this past year or going on couple years now… Hallways aren’t getting cleaned like they should. When I first moved into this building they were getting cleaned faithfully EVERY week, paying too much money for someone who works in the office ((tbh I don’t think people should live where they work))CONSTANTLY leaving trash in the hallways …and they leave it out there hours on end hallways always stinking from my POV that makes them look bad…….and the CONSTANT stomping up and down the steps everytime someone leaves or coming from outside… In the cooler weather couldn’t have balcony door open without smelling cigarettes coming through the door not even standing outside smoking , the whole furnace closet stinking because of cigarette… from someone who don’t smoke I think it’s kind of disrespectful especially when in the lease you’re not suppose to have ANY kind of smoking in the building but yet still do…."

"Overall my time living here was decent. The people in the office are very nice. There were a few times when we had to remind them we needed maintenance, and there were times that the water would be off without notice. In the end, it wasn’t bad, but not worth the price they wanted us to increase to when we decided to leave"

"The pool is great in the summer for relaxing and reading in the chairs. Laundromat provides good service to do multiple loads at a time. Gym for 24/7 access for day and night work out sessions anytime. Management is friendly and kind and willing to working with clients in a variety of ways. Usually monthly activities for the local community from pool partys, get together of holiday celebrations. Airport is only 7 minutes away making it easy to go on vacation. Would highly recommend for anyone."
