"Good store to visit and almost everytime find something your interested in or help your needs only items hard to find there is pants around 10 year old boys sizes and some home good items but should live up to what the place is."
"My new favorite go to thrift store! 3 different colored tag sales every week ranging from 25, 50 and 75 percent off. Awesome loyalty program and rewards (completely free to sign up for). And love... love... LOVE the take half off sale they do the last Tuesday of each month! Goodbye salvation army and hello VOA thrift!"
"Clothing needs to be organized by what's new and not by size, size doesn't matter because people put them back in any random order. Adjust your racks to put what's new at the beginning so I don't have to dig through 150 shirts I've already seen to potentially find one new one."
"My husband and I use to love coming to this particular thrift store. We've found great items and love the record and book section. Employees are always cheerful and the store is always clean. However, for the past year, it's seems to have gone downhill completely. What use to be a variation of great selection has diminished. I'm not sure if this is due to inflation, economy ect...but shopping here awhile ago I had an interaction with a manager? that gave me a much closer look into the "why?" I wanted to purchase an item that did not get tagged or, the tag was missing. Upon reaching the cashier to pay, cashier called the manager for a price. The woman walked over, looked over the item and without addressing myself or the cashier, preceeded to whisper to another employee standing by for about 2 minutes. Eventually, before walking away and still not addressing myself or the cashier, snapped the amount and took off. This bizarre and unprofessional experience cemented my desire to never return if by spending money here would be accompanied by insult. There was also a great woman who use to run the jewelry counter here. Tons of selection, perfectly organized and neatly displayed..she made you feel as if though you were shopping at Harry Winston..she is gone and the jewelry counter is abysmal. What is going on?"
"So glad this place is here! I found EXACTLY what I was looking for at great prices. It's clean. The clothes smell clean. There are changing rooms that are open and available -- not like all the other thrift stores around. (Calling you out, Salvation Army and Value World!) So many clothes choices! Aisles are well labeled and tidy. No tangled hangers or clothes on the floor. The lady up at the front was helpful and friendly. I also like that all the clothing has safety sensors to prevent theft. Keeps folks honest, and ensures that money is made and gets to who it needs to. Great variety of furniture, household items and media as well. Will definitely be back."
