"Hi went into Kohl's on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. I was able to find what I was looking for. ( A last minute Christmas gift). The items I purchased were not only in stock, but on sale. When I went to check- out, I thought the wait would be long, but the line moved quickly, I was in and out in a short amount of time. The woman that waited on me was very Sweet, and Friendly, she gave me a coupon to use at check-out, she made the whole experience much more enjoyable."

"I absolutely love Kohl's, especially for baby clothes, but I recently made an online purchase on Nov. 3 for $80 something dollars, received $15 in Kohl's cash and I went today and spent $90 something to find my Kohl's cash had expired on Nov. 16th. No Kohl's cash is being given right now so I think my $15 should have at least been good to the end of the year or at best end of the month! They give you the cash and force you to spend it right away!"
"The line for customer service was short, but there's always that ONE rude customer who takes forever over $5... thankfully, a wonderful employee bypassed the station and asked if she could help with my pickup order. She even brought my item out to the car for us as well!! I apologize for not getting her name correct. Maybe Nadia? She was super helpful!"
