"I like shopping in their stores - which are among the cleanest (as hardware stores go). They also have a wide selection of products. This includes Craftsman tools - which they took over from Sears. That said, their pricing tends to be on the high side compared to other chains like Home Depot and Menards."
"I ordered a gas dryer. The gas dryer was installed, but the installer refused to connect the dryer duct. I contacted customer service, they were not helpful I made several attempts to get some assistance. I finally got a representative that listened and finally had a Mgr on the line. I spoke with Jill supposedly a Mgr. She was very rude and unprofessional. She stated the duct was not a standard install since the vent was in glass block window. They made no effort to help at all. Didn't even offer to install with additional fee. I will never shop lowes again. It seems they are not customer service focused at all."
