"Prior to arriving to the Westland location, I placed a call, inquiring about price matching. The information I received by phone was completely opposite once arriving to the store. It was fine that one product wasn't matched, it wasn't exactly the same, but the exact same conditioner, priced a dollar cheaper at Walmart, was not honored. I have Never shopped anywhere where any product is a whole dollar amount. To be persistent on what action can & cannot be performed over a penny left me shook. I rather drive out of my way for better customer service. Not only that, I haven't been receiving any savings with my purchases, & I'm ineligible for the gift card because I have their credit card? I'm so over target!"
"Pretty standard Target. It was clean and well stocked. I am just not a huge Target shopper so I can't say it was amazing. Would go back if I needed something there. Update: I have to lift my review and increase my rating to 4 stars. After a few more trips I found the place to have a great pharmacy and decent groceries."
"A big THANK YOU to Basil from the Westland Target location and the person I talked to from the Gift Registry Tech Department for taking your time and effort with figuring out why the Gift Registry Kiosks wasn’t available to find my wedding registry…. Silly me for having my registry on private! Now, my guests will not have to struggle!!!!"
"This Target is kept very clean. The staff here is dedicated and energetic. The products are displayed in an attractive and easy to review manner. The aisles are kept clear. Prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking. I really appreciate the personal service provided by the team members at this location. They fulfill their duties and provide a welcoming and warm environment to shop in."
