"I have had terrible experiences at this store. I visited this shop about a year ago and decided not to make frequent trips because of terrible customer service. The cashier never greeted me when I came into the store (she just stared at me) but when other people came in she got up out her seat and greeted them loudly. She took forever to ring up my things and was not polite during that interaction either. So I didn't go back for several months. Today I went back to buy some books thinking things might be different. The same lady was there. She greeted me this time, but not in the same way as others who came in (it was quiet and not welcoming). I picked out my books and went to the register. The books are advertised as $.50 paperback and $1 hardcover (and have always been this price anytime I shopped there in the past). This same lady then tries to randomly charge me $1 for a paperback. I ask her why she's doing that and she says it's because the book was longer (as in the literal length of the book) that made it "different" from the others. I then pointed out that it was still a paperback. She let out a loud sigh and charge me the advertised price. She then said that she should be charging me $5 for the book because it was a religious book. She then started going through all of the others books I had and said that the religious ones are suppose to cost more. I asked her how much more but she have an answer. She asked 2 employees: One said she had never heard of such a policy and went to the back to ask someone else. The other guy said the same and they both told her REPEATEDLY to ring them up as normal (she didn't seem to want to accept the books cost what they were advertised). She kept grumbling and muttering under her breath. I ended up bagging the books myself because it didn't look like she was gonna do it. She didn't say anything else to me until I left. I smiled and said thank you and all she did was glare at me. No "thank you" for my business or an apology for trying to overcharge me."

"Well, I couldn't tell you if they're nice or not the doors were locked during Open hours...there was people inside But, Bless the Name of the Lord...they wouldn't come and answer the Door. While, I was giving a young lady a ride...I suggested calling while we were in the parking lot. She did...they weren't going to be opening the door though. Very impersonable or unprofessional...I don't know. But, I hear they do help people in the community."
