"A bit pricey compared to other big box stores in the area. Clean and has some different types and varieties of things. Hardly ever an associate around for help. Had to put our own heavy drywall and Underlayment on the cart. Only self check out available a d no o e came to help load I to our truck even when called by an employee. We loaded our own same items plus another heavy item."

"I’m here at the garden center looking for basic potting soil for my INDOOR plants. The sign on the garden center says “please ask associate for help.” I ask a middle aged gentleman for help and he says that the garden center is closed and he can’t sell anything that is outside due to the “weather.” He wasn’t mean at all but it was clear he was not going out there. I asked another young gentleman the same question. He says yes! He can sell it to me he just needs to open the door for me! I’m happy I asked someone. That’s all I came here for. The other gentleman is either unaware or lazy. I told him it says “ask associate” and it was a big no. Odd experience."

"I had Lowe's of Kalamazoo, MI deliver my new refrigerator. Socrates and his assistant were amazing. They arrived exactly when they promised. They took great care getting my new refrigerator into my house. I have an old house with very narrow doorways. They went above and beyond removing and reinstalling both my house door and the refrigerator doors. They took great care not to damage anything. Would highly recommend ! Thank you so much guys !"
