The representative assisted the person ahead of me and then treated me with respect during the process of returning online purchases, which I was unfamiliar with. Everything was done quickly and efficiently."
"Used Targets pick up service. Received wrong product and specifically stated on my order I didn’t want substitutions. Mentioned it to two workers that bring you your items.One ignored me , seemed distracted. The other one said they didn’t fill my order. I was in a hurry ( why I used pick Up) now I have to go back to the store and return. Should have just done it myself."
"I usually don't do poor reviews. I tried calling numerous times to no answer. My daughter went in with the receipt stating that we paid for hangers which were only $3 and they said they couldn't tell if we were lying or not. First of all $3 hangers we're not going to lie but now I've wasted $3 and still didn't get my hanger. The cashier forgot to put it in our bag or so therefore we didn't get them please do not accuse us of lying ."
