"As the owner of a commercial mechanical contracting company my employees and I shop at this Menards daily and generally have a good experience. Yesterday I had a bad experience at this location. I paid for merchandise that I did not receive. I purchased 5 packages of 10 plug and play T12 LED 48" light bulbs for my workshop, totalling a little over $300. Upon installing them I found that one of the packages was opened and missing 4 bulbs. This makes sense because they are also sold individually in packaged of 2 bulbs and someone must have removed the bulbs for individual purchase. I traveled back to the store with the box, and receipt and explained what happened to the employee. She basically said tough luck, I can't issue a refund for something I can't see. I didn't argue with her and had to spend over $30 on 4 new bulbs. I am submitting this review in hope that others will read it and be sure to triple check the items you are purchasing and make sure they have not been tampered with because this store could care less about stealing customers hard earned money."
"ordered cabinets to redo my kitchen and has taken them over 2 months to get the last 3 in. was told they’d be in on a certain day then go in on that day and they weren’t in. half of the employees i talked to didn’t even know what they were doing."
