"They fixed it BUT only temporarily, just know that basically you will have 30 days and after that you will be charged 125.00 to come look or fixed the same issue once again , So that was disappointing to me , I’m moving on I will never buy a Samsung refrigerator ever again. I understand having policies in place however my refrigerator is doing the exact same thing the back wall freezing up and freezer completely stopped working and I once again lost all my food in my freezer ."
