"Very frustrated. I purchased hughes plenum repair kit for my 1998 dodge ram 1500. My order came on time. I opened the package and found the aluminum plate was damaged. Deep scratches all along the plate and where the gasket is supposed to sit, also in the package was a sticker with someone else's name and return label so they sent me a returned and damaged product. I said forget it and when to install it anyways. Once I went to put the intake back together I found the kit was missing the front and rear gaskets for where the intake meets the block. I had to go to my local parts store and purchase a $100 gasket kit in order to finish the job so I could take my truck to work on Monday. Not pleased at all."

"Zero customer service for selling obviously defective parts. I bought Mancini fabricated valve covers and there are visible holes in the welds that you can see light through and would leak oil really bad. Called support and they said I'd have to pay shipping to return for inspection and wait for a replacement. When I told them my car is currently in a shop with high storage fees that would cost more than the parts they didn't even pretend to care or offer another solution to the situation they caused. They said to send an email with pics which I did hoping it might reach someone who would care, 2 weeks later and still no response."

"I was sold a new brake valve and it leaks. I'm pretty sure you shouldn't sell faulty BRAKE parts of all things. Who tests this stuff? Your customers? You get 1 complaint it sure seems like you'd take a look at the products you sell. I bought from this company because I expected a quality part. What I got was junk that could kill someone."

"I purchased a 70 Cuda in the U.S. and had quite a bit of work carried out on it prior to it being shipped to Australia. Unfortunately one of the parts supplied by Mancini was faulty rendering the car unusable until replaced, I contacted Wes at Mancini and explained my situation to him and that the car was now on the other side of the world. Wes immediately got in contact with the manufacturer and I received a replacement part shipped to Australia within 7 days. Absolutely fantastic service, extremely pleased and would highly recommend.
