"Last week I brought my car in because it was time for an oil change and "it was making a funny noise." ....can't imagine how many times they have heard that. My husband previously had his car in there for repairs and was thrilled with the service, so we took mine. I am so thankful we did. Andy was fantastic!!! What a nice gentleman. Though they were extremely busy at the time, he said he would look at it first thing the next morning. Well, that he did. By 8 am the next morning my car was all set. It no longer makes "that funny noise " it was so nice to have a positive car experience. Highly recommend Andy and Tuffy in general. Great service, reasonable prices. I'll be back for sure. "I was in a minor fender accident on the driver side of my 2011 Jeep Patriot. I needed about $1400 worth of repairs. They got my car in and out after the parts arrived. She is a whole new jeep (besides the physical damage). They have awesome customer service. Makes you feel like you’re at home! Thank you so much Tuffy family, I know where to go next time for anything! Also, while I’m here my boyfriends 2011jeep grand Cherokee was also serviced here! They worked on it until they found every problem under the hood, and gave him a nice oil change !
