"These people that work in the shop are scammers. They do what they want if they want when they want or if they don't want and then they hire a lawyer to defend them in court. You must stand up to them keep track of your records and you should be fine even though they send in their high-priced lawyer to defend their garbage. They don't even show up to defend themselves they sent their bookkeeper LMAO. Nothing but cowards check the records for Clinton township it's public record. Thank them for paying to fix my vehicle and paying for the other repairs that it really needed. They had been so busy trying to scam me when all they really had to do was fix it and they would have made more money. Greed just gets in their eyes you can see it And for the counterperson that claims to be the manager Savannah that is the face of this company I have to tell you I knew you were a piece of garbage the first time I looked in your eyes. I managed to hold my temper because I knew there was going to be a better day and people that act like this and do things like this it always comes around and bites you in the butt which is a rather disgusting thought that makes me really ill, anyway toodles and thanks once again for fixing my truck or should I say paying to fix my truck. Remember Savannah my sweetie it always comes back around. The only reason they get one star out of five is because they don't allow you to vote zero."

"Took my Audi here and it took 3 weeks and $450 just for them to tell me that the intake manifold was bad along with spark plugs and ignition coils. After this they offered to fix it for $5,200. They wanted somewhere around $1,600 just for spark plugs and ignition coils which is a 10 minute job and the parts are around $30. I could go on about the ridiculous pricing but I’ll just say I fixed everything myself (no mechanic experience) in 8 hours and $350 in parts. Im very glad i looked into the parts and how to replace them before going through with this repair, I would have lost thousands of dollars. Be careful."

"Had front brakes done on 2016 BMW 528i in June of this year, along with a tune-up and a few other things. Spent $3000 total. Moved to Florida shortly after and a few months later my breaks are chattering and car shakes when brakes are applied. Same as before they were fixed. Contacted Auto Fix several times over many weeks in an effort to speak with someone to discuss honoring their 100% satisfaction guarantee and 3 year - 36,000 mile warranty on parts and labor. Left many messages with the receptionist and never got a call back. She kept telling me she left messages for a "district manager" who was never there. Was finally told by the receptionist that there was nothing they could do unless I brought the car back in. My wife tried to call and finally spoke with a man who laughed at her and hung up. Needless to say they did not honor their warranty and I had to pay another $700 for front brakes. Seems to me that the owner or manager would have wanted to speak with me about their work and figure out how to remedy the situation in some way. Guess not. Thanks Auto Fix."

"Wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone I know. They will bleed you dry (over 8k spent within 6 months) and once you have a issue with their service. They don’t honor their warranty. Even spoke with the owner on the phone to try to get things handled. Just to have him tell me he’ll do right just tow it out here just to say nope we’re not honoring your warranty have your vehicle towed at your earliest convenience.. such bill from so called professionals. Please guys save yourself the money, I once thought I was a happy customer of theirs. Just to find out they weren’t truly fixing my vehicles completely."

"Received coupons in mail said I will give them a try. I gave them a call the guy said come right over he get right on my truck. It was true pulled up in about 15min went in the guy at the counter assisted me I also used the coupon and have a few more to come back with. They have a waiting area I was directed to and offered beverages and the remote. Didn't take long the job was done well the rest button for oil change was set and old yogi firing right up!!! Thanks Again!!!!!!"
