"The older lady is very nice and helpful. I think her name is Amy. The rest of the staff are rude. I waited for 45 minutes for a part I had ordered. They didn’t have it. Rather than apologize for the wait and inconvenience, I was told rather bluntly that it would need to get ordered again. Next- When I brought back some rented tools the girl asked when I had rented them. Another employee, as he was walking by, said in a rude tone “ if it’s been more than 24 hours it’s yours partner” spoiler: I was on time. I have been a loyal customer to orieilly for 15 years. I have always been happy with the service for the most part but this definitely has me thinking of going elsewhere. I think at a minimum some customer service training needs to be conducted. That’s my 2 cents."
