"WHOA!!! STOP , BEWARE!!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE. Called on a Thursday made an appointment, spoke to guy who said Mondays they were pretty busy, and that he preferred I bring the vehicle on a Tuesday. We agreed to come in 10:30am to service vehicle. Upon arriving the same guy who made the appointment with me, asked me if I had actually had an appointment because he did not see me in the system. After explaining the above this gentleman told me they were so busy, they couldn’t take my vehicle. He said I would need to leave it with no set amount of time or come back another day after driving 15 mins to make the appointment we set for today. Customer service is nonexistent. The gentleman mentioned they were missing mechanics and apparently only two of them exist. He was rude, and inconsiderate. I missed an appointment with another mechanic because I was hoping this place would be the stop. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!"

"I scheduled an appointment with them for my Mercedes-Benz early in the morning. When I got there they were ready to go. They had me diagnosed and out by 11am. Total time 4 hours. They suggested some stuff since it had the first time they had seen my car, but were not pushy about it. They have a great spot to take your laptop and work while you wait. Very professional. I will definitely take my car here again if needed."
