"The old man at the parts counter is rude. I’ve asked for Honda parts that he straight up tells me that it doesn’t exist at all, but when I call another dealership or go on Amazon those parts are available. I once asked him for a Ziploc bag and he rudely told me that I should have brought my own. A lot of the parts I asked for are “never available” or they “don’t exist” according to this old man at the counter. If I ask a simple question this old man turns rude. He always needs the exact part number too, he cannot look up a simple part if you ask him to, even if it’s by year, make and model. I NEVER have this problem at any Honda dealerships. The problem is that this Honda dealership is at a very convenient location for me. Recently I have just been buying quality aftermarket parts or I have just been using Amazon to buy OEM parts because I don’t like the guy at the parts counter."

"I’ve been coming to this dealership for almost 20 years. The service guys are the best there is. They are always honest and willing to help even if you don’t have an appointment . Recently (9/4) my daughter brought my husband’s car to change the break pads bc we thought it needed a new one. To my surprised my daughter said It does not need to be change yet. They cleaned it and not took advantage. They are honest and reliable. I think it’s Brian who help my daughter. Brian, Tyler and Bobby are the guys who always help me whenever I need assistance with my car. I recommend this place 100% for the service . Thank you Rovi Marasigan"

"I called to see if they could cut a key for a 2003 Honda Accord. I already had a blank key, which I purchased on Amazon. The guy, whose name I didn't get said it wasn't possible, he pretty much he fed me some BS about their machine not being able to cut a key from a different manufacturer, because it would "break the machine." Pretty sure he only said that to get more money out of me, he said a key would be $20 and to program it would be $160, for a total of $180. However, when I called to the dealership in Troy, they said they were able to cut the key for $20 and could program it for $70. Imagine that, from $180 to $90. Glad I tried somewhere else!"
