"Best place around! Everyone there is fair and HONEST! They actually take the time to explain the problem to people like me, who know very little about cars. This way I can confidently make the best decision, instead of being blindly guided by a dealership. I had an issue with my car a while back. I shopped around for prices. When Midas went to quote the job, they saw the issue and they were the only shop that informed me that the problem was a recall. They informed me the work would be done for free from the dealership. The 3 other shops I called all quoted me around $3,500 for the work. Midas could have quoted me, but instead they saved me A LOT of money! I will continue to refer everyone I know to them! "The Midas on Garfield in Clinton Township is amazing. I bring all of my vehicles there for repairs, inspections etc. Everything I bring there STAYS fixed. They've also saved me money and have educated me on my vehicles several times. For example, I just recently bought a used car with an undisclosed oil leak. Midas inspected the car and informed me what it would cost to fix the oil leak and replace spark plugs. Although the dealership did say they would fix the oil leak "Free of charge" The dealership tried to charge me the full cost of the oil leak repair by adding that on to my bill for the spark plugs. Midas informed me about how these repairs would be intertwined and would only cost an additional half hour of work, plus a little over $80 in parts. I called the dealership out on this and it saved me over $600. Midas didn't make a penny on this. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks guys for always being great :)"

"Below review is when I had my Land Rover in 2020, I now own a 2017 Ford Explorer ST; I continue to take my vehicle to this location and am constantly pleased with the price, timing and courtesy of the staff. Special shout-out to CARL...he's the bomb! I've been taking my Land Rovers to the dealership for over ten years but now that I will be keeping my last Land Rover (a 2012 LR4) I want to find a resource that isn't so expensive so I can properly maintain my vehicle. I feel I have lucked out by finding this local repair shop. Mostly I am fortunate due to their stellar staff. Paul, patiently took my initial calls and dealt with my odd questions in a kind and professional manner. When I came in, Paul was, once again, very kind, attentive and patient. The technicians did an excellent job and they completed the job in a very timely manner. I thought I needed front brake pads but after a very reasonably priced inspection of both brakes, I was informed that both sets of brakes were in excellent condition...WOW! I don't feel that previous dealers (I've dealt with a few other local dealers over the years) that I have worked with would have told me that. My engine light went on the night before so they were able to diagnose the issue and I was charged a very fair price to solve my issues. The waiting room was clean and there was a tv to keep us occupied. Excellent experience."
