Snookers' Pool & Pub

"It was my 1st time here last night to watch the game and I ordered an 8 piece wing ding and fry meal. The fries were good. However, all but two of the wing dings looked like I had gotten the bottom of the bag. I told the waitress who then got the manager. The manager stated "They all look like that" which was not true because my friend's didn't. The manager didn't try to rectify the situation. All I wanted was the wings to be replaced or taken off the bill. I hadn't eaten not one. The manager didn't care and went on about her business. Nice place, but I doubt I ever return. Customer service is very important to me. It was clear that she wasn't trying to resolve the issue. She didn't even act like she was concerned about my complaint."

"Overall- Feels like an old school pool hall. If you want to shoot without all the nonsense that comes with an arcade, this is a great spot. Came for a couple hour session with my son who is learning to play. The manager was polite and greeted a few minutes after we walked in. Good start. The hall itself is pretty big, with at least 20 tables??? Possibly more. Plenty of house sticks on the wall (I watched the servers clean and organize them, which was nice to see). The tables aren't great, to be honest. Most older pool halls aren't, and they were more than adequate for our needs. For casual play the worn felt isn't a big deal, and the bumpers on our table seemed pretty consistent. Good lighting, decent racks, and bridges made it a good experience from a pool perspective. The server who took care of us was awesome. Super friendly and made sure we had cold drinks, along with bringing out our food quickly. Good was a bit pricey, but good. I ordered a steak and cheese and my son got wings and fries. Beyond the pool tables there were booths, tvs with ESPN and sports on, and I think I saw a jukebox. For a chill game of 8 or 9 ball Snookers is a solid choice. I typically go to the Ivory Room but I think Snookers is comparable in most ways (plus better daytime hours!)."

"A bartender is such a sweet person—a nice place to go & play some of the games. Drinks are pretty good."

"They seem to not like white people coming in at night. I say this because we heard the waiter telling the bartender exactly that and laughing about not serving us. The times we were able to order food and drinks, they always overcharge "accidently" at night. No problems during the day up to 6 though. Some of the tables are ok, some need repairs."

"Went to Snooker’s on a Sunday evening for a casual gathering for my best friends bday celebration. The place was clean & not crowded at all upon arrival. Our waitress, Randi was the best! Very attentive & friendly. Everyone enjoyed their food. The drinks were flowing & there weren’t any complaints with them at all. There’s a jukebox, so we were able to hear just about any song we wanted to hear. We danced a bit to warm up because it was very cold! Other than that, a good time was had by all! We will return."
