McDonald's

"NOT OPEN 24HRS. RUDE WORKERS. I pulled in to the drive through after not being able to get food at the other Ann Arbor Rd. location (both have signs at the location saying open 24hrs, and are listed as such onlne... what a lie that is...), and somehow had an even worse experience here... drove around the drive through 2 times, called out to them through the ordering station speakers, and even tapped my horn as politely as I could. I ended up seeing a worker inside when I pulled up to the window, and waved to get their attention. I thought maybe they just didn't notice me. In fact, they saw me waving, and without doing anything to help (or even look at me) they sarcastically waved their hands in the air back at me and did absolutely nothing to help me! THE AUDACITY!!! I cannot possibly imagine worse service. 99% of my reviews on Google are positive, but this is absolutely insane and there's not a low enough rating on here for what I just witnessed..."

"Never been to a worst McDonald’s in my life. Waited 10 minutes to ask for a side of Mac sauce, was told “no you wait”. Then when the food was ready nobody brought it over, other customers let me know it was ready. Fine, not a huge deal. I get the food, my large fry is half missing, quarter pounder was pink, and my cheeseburgers were missing the onion and pickle. And my iced coffee tastes stale. I thought this was a joke, just avoid this place."

"I ordered off doordash a 2 sausage burrito meal never got it. I also ordered 2 sausage McMuffins and 1 of them was a sausage and egg McMuffin. I called the store to tell them and the lady just said oh I bagged it so it’s in there and said theirs only 2 people up from right now. Never tried to fix it"

"This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. How are you slow getting people their food and still mess up the order. I think the managers need better training. They use to have an awesome manager, but I don't see her anymore."

"It takes a lot for me to take the time to come on and write a review but this was a terrible experience. I pulled into this McDonald’s last night about 7:15pm, the car in front of me was ordering when I arrived. Thought this would be quick. I sat there for 30 minutes before I even got to the window to pay. I then got to the window and she has just called out what I wanted three times and I just got a sandwich and a fry. Then, I look inside and the floor is absolutely covered in sludge and watch. I watch what looks like a manager picking up a shop vac occasionally to suck up water, then going and touching peoples bags of food when that hose was just laying on the ground in that water. Disgusting and took absolutely FOREVER when I literally pulled up 2nd in line. Took 40 minutes. Was shocked at how many people pulled out of line and there was definitely plenty of workers in there."
