"I love this Red Robin. The service is always quick even though it's always crowded. I like that there are so many choices at Red Robin. If you're in the mood for a burger, they have great burgers. They have three or four different types of chicken sandwiches. I really enjoy their fish sandwich. You can get a cocktail or a milkshake."
"It was busy so wait times are obvious. I would like to have seen a better quality meat on the hamburger. It was sort of separated if that's the word. There were cartilage bits in the meat. Nice environment. The fries were the star of the show. VERY tasty seasoning on them !"
"We just spent 2 hours at this restaurant. Arrived at 5:30 left at 7:30… with NEVER getting our food (table of 11), had to ask for refills, had 3 little kids and when we finally left the manager told us the kids food had not even been put in yet. We told the manager we had to leave and he started to ask us to pay for our beverages… he thought better. I don’t care how understaffed you are. When you have a party of 11 (with 3 small children) you should at least be offering refills, bringing crackers, or APOLOGIZE!!"
