"The food never fails to amaze but sadly our service was subpar last night. Our server barely acknowledged the female members of our group for drinks and food orders. This was until they brought the check and I, the oldest women took it before they could give it to my husband, that they suddenly were enthusiastic about even acknowledging our presence."

"I don't dine with this food chain often and will probably keep it that way. This last experience sucked. None of our food was hot which is odd seeing as though it's just wings and fries. Especially for the price which was ridiculous. The drinks were great though and the service was decent. The Westland location is much better than this one. At least you get hot food."
"Update. Waiting for a manger to ansk for a new bun. Like we’re getting avoided Update for our god finally, and the hamburger bun is burned. Waited 20 minutes for a table . And now currently Still Sitting here…. for and 1.5 waiting on drinks and appetizers. And the waitress is rude , ask for a manager and she was making excuses. I understand everyone is short staffed. Come on shouldn’t take this long! I have kids with me crying because they are hungry."
"We're always grateful when we go out to eat and there is dedicated staff working there! With that said, there are many new people in the business. And that doesn't always mean you're going to get a great meal. Tonight was one of those nights. Our service started good, our waitress came by many times asking if we knew what we wanted for dinner. After we finally made our decision, after our order was placed we never saw her again until she brought us our food. That's okay but we didn't see her after we got our food either. My wife's chicken tenders were overcooked. Almost burned. That made them anything but a tender chicken. We asked for and spoke with the manager and shared with him our experience. He apologized and gave us a coupon to help with our next visit to his restaurant. We will go back and give them another try in a couple of months. That should give the people time to learn how the business runs."
