"Excellent lunch. The chicken noodle soup is delicious- healthy with just the right amount of saltiness. The accompanying baguette was delicious as always. My kids' salads were outstanding."
"This is not a personal attack on this particular Panera, because its consistent with every other Panera I've gone to in the last year. Panera is not what it used to be. Everything is self serve. Which is fine if the prices reflected that. I'm over here checking myself out at the self check out, filling up my drink and my feet are stuck to the floor because the beverage area is so neglected, and listening for someone to yell my name to come get my order. The one staff member that is at the pick up window is nice but that's the only interaction I have. For almost $30 for a salad and kids meal I could go to a basic sit down restaurant and get the whole experience."
"Purchased my meal via the drive thru, got home, and found green mold on the bottom of one of the baguettes. Disgusting."
"I usually write positive reviews and try to be understanding. Today's experience was sub par. Dirty dishes and tables, cold soup, luke warm sandwich and a bag of chips already opened. The back kitchen was definitely not what it should be looking through the pickup window inside."
