"My experience at this Burlington was the best from being greeted when I entered by the store security guard to checking out with the sweetest manager and cashier that worked alongside her I know they were well over worked during the holidays but that didn’t stop them from being pleasant. They do need store help it’s the customers that keep the store in disarray which is horrible for adults to be given a pleasant place to shop a clean place and to see the store destroyed. by its customers is sad. Keep up the good work staff keep your head up , i was the second person who spoke about their kindness at this store we were both at the register the First Lady mentioned it I agreed when it was my turn to be waited on.♥️♥️♥️"

"The store has good collection but pathetic customer service , the cashier and Manager (Linda)are extremely rude. The clearance price tag were switched by someone and when I took the stuff to the cash register both treated me as I am the culprit and the tone / expressions were disgusting. This should have been addressed nicely if there clearance items tag were switched they need to keep a track of it and continuously monitor rather than impose false allegation with their expressions and tone. Its such a small thing and common sense If someone is purchasing multiple products of a value of more than $100 they don't need to switch $5 tag to clearence. I am a regular Burlington visitor and customer but would never been there anymore if there staff and mangers are rude like this."

"Really cool store- Visited all the way from Ann Arbor to stock up on winter supplies and wasn't disappointed. Really decent selection of coats, jackets, thermal clothing, and sweatshirts. Prices were a steal in comparison to other stores. The only downside would be that some of the clothing was defective (think loose threads, lint, awkward sizing), which is to be expected. Checking out did take a bit of time and the store seems to be short on staff, but nothing that dampens the shopping experience. Overall, impressed by this store and might return next year for another round of shopping."
