"This is a great store I feel the staff is very courteous and attentive. The young man Carlos who attended me was very knowledgeable in what the store sold. He was very helpful and made the transaction smooth and easy."
"Store is kinda empty, and the employees were literally just talking trash the whole time to each other. I can't even type what I heard on here because Google would probably remove it. Extremely unprofessional, never stopped talking amongst themselves as though they are at home or out in the streets, and never said hi, asked if we needed anything, never said thank you, nothing."
"Went in here with intentions of purchasing a few pairs of shoes for my son. The so called “sales representative” was so rude. He did the opposite of what his job is intended for. Opposed to selling me something, he used his poor attitude to send me walking out, empty handed, after 5 minutes. It is so simple to kindly communicate to others. If you can’t do this then find a job where you do not work with the public! Thank you for ruining my sons shopping experience."
"Went into the store with my son and when we were ready to check out we stood at the register while the employees talked for several minutes. When the female employee finally came to ring us up she didn't say anything to us through the entire transaction just continued to chat with other employees. When she was done still nothing was said to us... not thank you, have a nice day... nothing. The rudeness lead to a bad experience and I won't return."
"The store is spacious and clean. They have a large selection of shoes and clothes. Some of the sales associates are very helpful and take the time to help you. But there are a few that just look around and not really want to assist it seems. But for the most part it's a good store."
