"I had a great experience at JCPenney at Westland mall. The store was clean, well stocked and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful and I was very happy with the clothes and prices. Way to go!"

"The guy announced the store was closing at nine we came all the way across the store around 7:45 because the bathroom downstairs is closed off we buy two things and went to make our way out and the mall entrance at 7:55 was closed we asked the guy nicely to just please let us through because it's cold and dark and we parked all the way on the opposite side of the mall and he rudely said he announced it was closing three times and pretty much said oh well and ignored us and walked into the back room. It was freezing and I had to walk all the way around the mall with my mom in the almost pitch dark since there's little to no light outside and almost twisted my ankle walking in the dark, thanks for the horrible customer service next time please be more specific on the mall closing times as well"

"Twice in the last month I have been in there and they have had an item that I was interested in mismarked by a sale sign. The 1st time they honored what the sign said. Today they refused to honor the mistake. Either get your stuff in order or honor what you have it marked as."

"The selection of clothes are HORRIBLE. Whomever is the merchandise purchaser should be fired. They are all homely looking clothes. DO BETTER JC do better."

"Been shopping at this location since I was in middle school, in my mid 20s now but the selection has really gone downhill. Used to be tons of clothes along with a huge clearance rack in the Juniors. Store itself wasn't in good shape either. Closed off dark areas, water(?) stains on the ceiling and carpet, and bins scattered about holding back leaks in the ceiling. Very empty feeling. With most of the selection being online and the state of the store this location feels like it's on its way out...the employees are always nothing but nice and helpful though."
