"I was desperate to help my daughter find cute outfits for her senior pictures. She works so hard on her grades and soccer that it leaves little free time for her to shop! I talked with the owner and she agreed to stay over closing time for a bit so my daughter could come in and try a few pieces on! What a pleasant surprise when my order arrived! A hand-wrote ThankYou card, hoping that I loved my order, with all their details on returns and exchanges and additional contact info. They also had noticed that I failed to enter the promo code on black Friday, so they applied the discount for me. You don't get personalozed service like that anymore, especially with online orders!
