"Brought one little basket of clothes in at 10 told it would be a few minutes I should receive a text when it’s done and waited til close to 12:30 went inside and waited to the employees smart mouthing about me waiting in the store after that I was over it and went to a employee.. before I even spoke she said “it’s still not done” before I asked for my belongings save ur time and go to Mishawaka"
"Rude customer service. Im 2 weeks away from giving birth so this made it a lil difficult for me. I brought in 3 large trash bags in full of clothes. Once I go in the lady tells me how they don't like the stuff in bags they prefer them in baskets or totes. Well totes are expensive as it is so I don't have any totes. So she gives me 3 small baskets to dump my clothes into. So I dump all 3 bags into the baskets just for her to tell me after that they can't be over flowing they have to be flat in the basket and everything has to be freshly washed before bringing them in as well because they don't wash them. They apparently go off ppl word when they say they wash them and just sell them right off the bat. I'm not upset that I have to wash the clothes before they buy them what I'm upset about is she could have said all of this before having me waist my time dumping all those clothes out and then have to put them all back in the bags and leave. So I sat on the floor having to put them all back in the bags and carry them all back out. And she asked me twice if I had sold there before and I told her like 10 years ago so she knew I didn't know things worked. Could have been a lot more nice about things and letting ppl know how things work before assuming they know!"
"Staff was extremely rude! Lady organizing the toy area almost pushed over my son purposely, thought I wasn’t looking. The other lady looked annoyed at the fact my child was looking around to choose a toy. Overpriced for used clothes. Not coming back!"
"I live in South Bend and will drive the distance to shop at this location instead of the one in Mishawaka. It's way easier to shop in, better organized and the store is a lot cleaner!"
