"I almost always have a great time in store, the employees are super helpful and helped me learn about my piercings and gauging. Only issue is they don't open on time so it makes you feel like the hours are incorrect. Can't trust the hours online as they're not posted anywhere on the doors themselves. Otherwise it's a great store! When it's open."

"It’s nice and clean, always have fun stuff. We have never had an issue until today. We went in 5 minutes before closing time, knew exactly what we needed and were turned away. They told us they were getting ready to close and were checking the last person out now. 5 minutes early. She informed us that they close at 5 on sundays which we understood, but we were still there before closing time. Very upset at this experience. To turn customers away when the store wasn’t closed yet."
