"I had the best experience shopping with the owner, Kylie Cleveland..... I am stuck in a wheelchair right now and can't make it into the store. We have family photos coming up this Saturday. I shopped online on the sunday before the pictures. I found a sweater I loved and sent a question to Kylie If this sweater was still available. She went into the store on Sunday and sent me pictures. I told her to just mail it to me on Monday... Kylie then proceeded to bring it over and drop it off to me at the house. This is the best customer service I have ever had... like I said, I'm in a wheelchair right now and Kylie went above and beyond what she needed to do for me. I love this girl!! Please check out her store they have the cutest apparel and accessories... And of course the best customer service ever!!!"
"This store has the cutest clothes so that’s 5 star for me. Unfortunately I couldn’t say the same about the customer service. I’ve gone in when Kylie is there and she’s great but I went in this week and the girl looked annoyed. I asked for a fitting room and she didn’t seem pleased- as if I was bothering her."
