"I like shopping at Roas. The store has a festive atmosphere and makes for a happy feeling. The only thing I don't like is that it's hard to find some things. The clothes could be organized better in sizes, colors, and categories."
"We had car trouble and ended up walking 3.1 miles from home to walmart for portable car battery jumper and they didn't have one. So we went to Ross to see if they had one and they didn't. I represent a security company and I went to ask about getting a contract for said company. The Assistant manager who was there for two years was the one I talked to and after mentioning that we walked she went above and beyond once she was off work. She immediately asked how she could help and not only was she willing to trust strangers in her vehicle she gave us a ride home and even helped get the vehicle running enough to get to the other walmart. I recommend she get either a raise or promotion. That's was what I call going above and beyond the call of duty."
