"I walked in with 2 person ahead of me asking for oil change. I asked for same and balance 2 front tires. I've now watched 3 3 custo.ers now get their oil changed and leave. While I'm still sitting here. There's no way my car shouldn't have been done. This slow and rude"
"I used their money services area to do a Western Union transaction. Their fee was $2 less than other places I go for the same thing. And the lady there is kind and courteous. I also walked past the huge crates in the produce section and bought 2 limes for a dollar. Pretty good deal."
"Kyle (the “manager”) up front was very rude and unhelpful. The sticker price was listed as on sale but ringing up different. Showed him a picture of the tag and he still refused to mark it as sticker price. Very snarky and over all a bad employee. Then proceeded to take the item and not let us purchase it."
"I hate going to this location mainly because they're always packed. On the other hand, the store isn't a terrible mess or anything. The auto care center is very slow. I went in for a car battery and I waited over 20 minutes for somebody to ring me up."
