"CAMERAS IN THE DRESSING ROOMS!!! Smart mirrors were installed in the dressing rooms. I told an employee who seemed shocked. When I returned 2 weeks later, no action had been taken. Just how many people have to have their privacy violated."
"Purchased an electronic device here that was labeled as working for $20 (which was already pricey, but it was labeled working and appeared clean so I gave it a shot). Brought it home same night and it in fact did not work. I returned not even 48 hours later to the store to return the device. The workers looked at it and didn’t seem too confident at first that they tested it, but then after some time they all of a sudden claimed testing it and it working. Despite all of this, and not even being able to test the device before purchase, they refused to work with me in any way for a refund or exchange, telling me that the policy was because people would mistreat electronics after purchase (mind you this device didn’t even have a scuff on it). Would recommend shopping somewhere else where you can return something that clearly wasn’t working already and where they don’t price gouge donated items."
