"I've been going here for 22 years and it is a great family practice. Dr. Horrigan is an amazing primary care physician. He doesn't just push pills he always has taken the time to talk thru whatever issues I'm having to come up with the best solution possible. They offer same day appointments when you're sick which ia very convenient! I've only seen Dr. G once but he was very helpful when I did."

"If you need travel vaccines go somewhere elsewhere, there practice attempt to take my money and run didn't work but not for lack of trying! The nurse stood at the desk as I paid in full then put me back in the room alone while she checked on something, came back and said she didn't feel comfortable giving me the shot due to a reaction I had to a different vaccine (she had this information before I paid)would refund my money but I wouldn't leave until they figured out how to refund my money so I could check my account before I left. She even had one of the shots ready on the table but had me sign a paper stating I had to pay $100.00 office fee (which was not discussed before hand)before she gave it. They kept over half of what I paid for!"

"Called to get an appointment for my mother. They told me they'd call back after talking to the doctor if they'd take new patients. Three weeks later, no answer. I call again, they call me two days after, asking about what kind of insurance my mom had. My mom has private insurance, but they mistakenly thought she had Medicare. The person on the phone said they won't accept patients with Medicare insurance. As I was trying to explain that my mom had private insurance, the person hung up."

"I have seen many drs but dr Horrigan is amazing ! I feel safe when speaking to him and he has handled many of my issues with compassion and time! He has even called me after hours when there was an emergency. I would never go anywhere else And the staff also the best even with all the new changes in staff I have yo say they are always polite and accommodating As far as drs and office this ranks tops ."

"Dr G and his staff are great. Have always got in for non-routine requests same day or day after. Urgent matters, within hours. Staff always helpful scheduling and billing issues and having to put up with TRICARE. Going to miss Doc and his crew when I move in a few years."
