"I went approximately 8 months ago due to a fall, missing a porch step, causing an abrasion on my upper lip and the area underneath my nose. All they did was give me a topical abx to the area and charge me over $565.00, really! I'm trying to reach them and my call won't go through. I just want a detailed summary of my office call, this price is unacceptable."
"I had an eye irritation, they had state of art technology to remove a cyst. Amazing and extordiary."
"Should have read the reviews before wasting my time driving here in excruciating pain, only to be outright refused service by the stone cold see you next tuesday @ the front desk on 7/11/22 ~5:30pm. She claimed they have no openings for at least 3 hours (which was immediately perplexing to me, as I've NEVER experienced such a thing at ANY of the numerous places I've been to called an "URGENT care" before). Also, after explaining the reason for my (non) visit (severe, unbearable toothache), her only response was to repeatedly snap that they "don't prescribe narcotics". After sobbing in my car, feeling helpless & defeated, could only think to search what technically constitutes a "dental emergency", despite the fact I literally already have an emergency appt for TMRW, 7/12. Yet the pain was & still is so intense & unbearable, felt I had no choice but to seek any amount of relief that might possibly exist in the meantime. to my shock & horror, everything I read online quite literally said that if you're experiencing extreme, excruciating toothache pain, an URGENT CARE or ER visit may be necessary for ANTIBIOTICS, & that ANTIBIOTICS oftentimes will relieve the pain, esp. that of a toothache that OTC anti inflammatory meds ARENT working for (also my case...which, even being as scattered & incapable of thinking str8 in the state I was in, I KNOW I very clearly stated to this witch, "I took the max dose of aleve today, the pain is only getting worse Im just here bc I desperately need something to help me until my dentist appt TMRW, I have proof of my appt, records and all") I, being a naive, non-medically-trained-pleb, didn't know that about antibiotics, nor that apparently RX painkillers likely wouldn't help me in the slightest anyway. All I knew was that I'm in UNBEARABLE pain (even that feels like an understatement), & so due to my ignorance & desperation, I did naturally assume that excruciating pain = most likely solution is stronger, RX only painkillers. Now, in retrospect, after learning that I needed ANTIBIOTICS instead of painkillers from google & now confirmed by the ER (Did I mention I'm typing this from the ER, bc I went str8 from this he// hole), I still can't comprehend how the way the witch behind the front desk treated me was in any way acceptable, ever. Obviously she's no doctor or nurse, but are they not required to have a shred of medical knowledge? Even a vague, general idea of what kind of symptoms could be indicative of a serious infection? I feel stupid & rotten for not knowing some of these things myself until after I went to my car to cry like a fn baby. Was just desperate for pain relief, yet was made to feel rotten, scolded & like I did something wrong for seeking it, literally not knowing that ANTIBIOTICS would provide (partial) relief, but were actually also NECESSARY. I'm disgusted that such treatment is tolerated in any sort of a medical establishment. but, oddly, found a sense of solace in the reviews that mirror my experience so closely. The sense of shame & guilt I had for daring to seek help for the worst pain I've yet to experience in my life was lifted immediately after realizing I'm not the only one whose been treated so horrifically. TL;DR — Came here while experiencing the most excruciating pain of my life (toothache) only to be scolded that they "dont hand out narcotics" (and also apparently have "no openings" for 3 hours? Umm you need NOT call urself an Urgent Care, as thats NOT how ANY U R G E N T Care operates). Only to then drive to the ER to learn that I seriously needed ANTIBIOTICS & also that antibiotics are actually the thing that'd help relieve the pain somewhat too. PLEASE save yourself the time & the potential mental anguish and/or unnecessarily extended, prolonged pain by attempting (keyword) to seek treatment at this location. Apparently I'm far from the only one to quite literally be refused service / told there's "*~nO oPeNiNgS~* at an URGENT CARE. Have alllll the time in the world to type this since I'm still sitting in the ER that I went to directly after leaving here."
"To get a covid test here you have to call and schedule an appointment. Now when you click the extension for appointments it tells you that extension is not available, and they’re voicemail box is full, and then it hangs up on you. They also do not accept walk-ins now even though their website states they do. How are you supposed to be seen here for anything if you have no way to call them and no walk-ins?? They were great for rapid and lab covid tests when you could actually make an appointment. There’s no excuse for the phone line issue, extremely unprofessional. Waste of time trying to deal with this place."
"I made an appointment and took my very sick 9 yr old here for a covid rapid test as well as the lab test. The experience itself was fine. The woman said she'd have results in about 20 mins and would call me. She never called and we went home and fell asleep. The next day I called and they gave me the results and said the lab results would be in this afternoon and they'd email me. Well they never emailed me either. Now they're closed again and I have to wait yet another day. When you're dealing with patient care especially for a child in the middle of a pandemic I would expect more from them. I shouldn't have to stalk the place for the results. Definitely won't be returning."
