"I absolutely love Dr. Dawn Roxboroug, CPN. My family of 6. 2 adults children from 6months to 17 years old go here quiet a bit as I work during the day and the pediatrician isn't open late. Friendly, efficient, bed side manner top notch. Never been diagnosed wrong. If you see this Ms. Roxborough thank you for taking care of my family and I with such great care. Highly recommend"

"I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this urgent care facility. I brought my four-year-old daughter in at 7:30 PM on 02/22/2024, seeking urgent medical attention, only to be turned away by the front desk staff. Despite being within their stated hours of operation, the front desk lady callously informed me that they were no longer accepting walk-ins for the night. Desperate to have my daughter seen by a healthcare professional, I rushed to another Henry Ford urgent care location on 15 Mile, arriving at 7:45 PM. To my dismay, I was then informed that they did not accept our insurance, leaving me in a precarious position. When I explained my situation, expressing my willingness to pay out of pocket just to have my daughter treated, the staff at the second location were astounded. Henry Ford Go-Health on 15 mile road were outstanding and they did an amazing job treating my daughter. I can't say the same for this location on Groesbeck. It's utterly unacceptable that I was denied care at the this location and then met with insurance issues at the second. No parent should have to endure such obstacles when seeking medical attention for their child, especially at an urgent care center. The lack of compassion and flexibility displayed by the staff at this location is deeply troubling. I understand the importance of managing appointments and schedules efficiently, but when a distressed parent arrives during stated operating hours seeking medical assistance for their child, it's imperative that they are accommodated. Nobody plans for emergencies, and nobody should be turned away when they seek help within reasonable hours. I implore the management of this urgent care facility to reassess their policies and prioritize patient care above all else. No family should be subjected to the same ordeal that mine had to endure. Until there are significant improvements in their customer service and patient care practices, I cannot recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need of timely medical"

"Found the process of booking online and completing forms online followed by checking in on arrival to be convenient. Staff was friendly. Doctor was thorough. Facility seemed extremely clean. No one wants to go to urgent care, but if you have to, I recommend this one."

"My experience was amazing. It started with the website that allowed me to reserve my spot. Then the location was absolutely immaculate. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor/PA that conducted my exam was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, this was a fantastic experience aside from the fact that I had an ear infection. Thanks to Henry Ford quick care. I'm on the mend."

"Online check-in was convenient. Wait was not very long even though there were several people in the waiting room. The 2 employees that were working that day appeared to have a good system going that was efficient. The NP was thorough but to the point. I would definitely go back."
